Provides access to current and retrospective United Nations documents and publications.

CIAO: Columbia International Affairs Online  1991 to date

A comprehensive source for theory and research in international affairs.

Global Legal Information Network (GLIN)                   

Provides database of laws, regulations, and other complementary legal sources. The documents included are contributed by the governments of the member nations of the GLIN from the original official texts.

 

Historical Abstracts

Indexes journals covering the history of the world from 1450 to the present.

PAIS International (Public Affairs Information Service)  1972 to date

Consists of articles, books, conference proceedings, government documents, book chapters, and statistical directories about public affairs.

Russian Academy of Sciences Bibliographies 1992 to date

Covers materials in the humanities and social sciences including books, manuscripts, dissertations, and articles from more than 10,000 periodicals. Abstracts and keywords are in Russian ; subject headings are in both Russian and English.

Social Sciences Abstracts  1994 to date

Indexes 500 core periodicals in the fields of anthropology, economics, geography, law and criminology, political science, social work, sociology, and international relations.

Worldwide Political Science Abstracts               

The database provides citations, abstracts, and indexing of the international serials literature in political science and its complementary fields, including international relations, law, and public administration / policy.

When searching for books on Europe in the Libraries of the USF System Online Catalog, combine search terms best results (for example: combine the terms "Europe" and "encyclopedia" to search for encyclopedias on Europe).  Reference sources can be found on the first floor, while other books on European Studies in the circulation collection can be found on the second and third floor of the library.
