Directions University of South Florida Nelson Poynter Library at St. Petersburg To reach the library from Interstate 275, take exit 22. Exit 22 becomes The library is the 3-story white building on the left side of 3rd Street South. Visitor parking is available in the Bayboro building parking lot, which is one building to the east of the library, located on 2nd Street South. Metered 3 hour parking is also available along the street to the north of the library, 6th Avenue South between 3nd and 3rd Streets.
