Scheduling a Teleconference

Requests for satellite Teleconferencing on the St. Petersburg Campus must first be authorized by Jackie Fechter, Tampa TeleConference Support, at: 4-2874. Please have conference information ready, including dates, times, and satellite information.

If Tampa can download and transmit to the STPT campus, you must then contact Jennifer Baker at the dean's office for classroom availability. Finally, you should schedule a download hook-up with the AV department. The AV department requires authorization by Teleconference Support and confirmation of classroom space through the Dean's Office before a download hook-up can be scheduled.

Please note that there may be fees from Tampa to download and transmit to STPT. In addition, the STPT AV department will charge set-up fees for all non-USF classroom support conferences.
