Elluminate Live! Helpline
Some faculty at USF use a Synchronous Virtual Classroom software application called Elluminate Live!® to conduct live classes online. If your instructor uses this software and you need help using it, contact the USF IT Help Desk first and if they are unable to assist you, call the Elluminate Helpline toll-free at 866-388-8674, option #2.
